Good news for our Bachelor students:

Our partner university, the University of Wales in Newport, will benefit from a closer collaboration of three organisations that overlook quality at Welsh universities:

-       the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA)

-       the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW)

-       Her Majesty's Inspectorate for Education and Training in Wales

They mainly aim at

-       developing and supporting “improvement in the management of the quality of higher education in Wales”

-       developing “areas of common interest, and benefit the HE sector in Wales by improving clarity and reducing the administrative burden on institutions”
